Who, what, where, why, how? 9 questions I have asked myself these last few days…

It has been a few days now since I have had the time to waste to write this and since Thursday I have been camping, gone to my grandparents house, delivered over 1000 leaflets for carpet cleaning, eaten at KFC and tonight I am going to a party, but I shall tell you about that once I have done it.  Although that sounds rather busy, I am stil suffering from writers block in that I am unable to write a long enough passage that is sufficinetly interesting for me to bother putting on here, and so for that reason I fetl I would just make yet another list. This time it is about questions I’ve thought about as I’ve lived my terribly exciting life. Oh joy.

1) Why do the biggest houses always have the smallest letterboxes?

2) Why do the leaflet delivery people think people in a rather grotty inner city terraced house will buy carpet/upholstery cleaning? I swear some of the houses I’ve delivered to would sooner eat their grandmother. And yes,I know that similie didn’t really work but I’m tired and can you think of a better one?

3)What do you do when your grandmother hands you an envelope with £500 in £20 notes in it and the words ‘one laptop’ on the front, and tells you not to open it until you get home?

4) Where does my grandmother get the money to give me £500 in £20 notes to buy a laptop?

5) Why when we have 3 perfectly good tents, all set up,  do all 9 of us cram into the one tent?

6) Why in said tent that is only supposed to sleep 4 people, did everyone only manage about 2 hours sleep and so everyone was awake by well before 6am?

7) Why was this campsite completely deserted except for us and a caravan full of people who lived there, in the middle of the summer holidays, when the other campsite on the chase was all booked up?

8) Was it something to do with the people in the caravan who had lots of dogs, yelled at us for shining our torch around at 9pm at night and then kept driving out of the site with multiple slightly dented cars and vans with their headlights on until past 11pm?

9)What is it about the Numa Numa song that makes everyone want to get up and dance? It really is an amazing song to rave to.

So, thats it. My pearls of wisdom. Ansd yes, I admit that is a terrible blog. Hopefully I’ll have more ideas by next week. Possibly, 10 things I learnt in my first week of sixth from maybe?

  1. I hope your questions arent meant to be rhetorical…

    1) Dunno.
    2) Still dunno. And no on the similie front :P
3)Shout yay free money! And get laptop :)
    4) Dunno. :P
    5) To keep warm ?
    6) Tents arent comfortable, I’m told. Therefore no sleep.
    7) Maybe the campsite you were it is not as well known..?
    8) … oh, maybe this too. Yes.
    9)Everyone loves a rave, I’m told. :)

And, things you might learn in sixth form [not intended to spoil a future blog though]
    - days with no frees are REALLY excrutiatingly long and you’ll have no idea how you coped with full days
    - having said that many frees are boring
    - people arent lying about the leap from GCSE, though it takes many until January exams to notice
    - its possible you dont actually like one or more of the subjects youre doing; if so, switch early, do not subject yourself to a year of german/whatever!
